ASSIGNMENT 2(B)
Public Space Intervention
THE TASK
For this group assignment 2(B), there are two parts, Part A and Part B. Part A requires us to do a case study on a public space and my group chose Nyhavn, Copenhagen, Denmark. After choosing a public space, we are needed to investigate and study the interrelation between the built environment and its user. For Part B, we are required to do a public space intervention. A SketchUp file of a city is given and we had to choose a space and make a suitable intervention for that area. However, the public space intervened has to relate to the affected COVID 19 pandemic. All information for both parts should be presented in two A2 posters to be submitted.

lifelong learning -
During this assignment, I was able to teach myself independently on how to navigate SketchUp and Enscape by watching tutorial videos online. Not only that, my group members and I was also able to come up with our own concept and learned about different safety measures all around the world during COVID 19 and is able to put those ideas into our intervention.
interpersonal skills -
For this group assignment, my group members and I was able to work together to do this assignment. We all worked hard on our own assigned task and some even volunteered to help the others after they are done with their part. We were able to communicate quite well with each other by using group chats in WhatsApp where we would have our discussions.
digital literacy -
After this assignment, I learned a lot of new things that I am able to put use in the future. I was able to understand and navigate through a 3D software known as SketchUp and its extension Enscape while doing this assignment. I am sure that these softwares would come in handy in the future especially since I am going to take architecture in the future.
