PROJECT 1
POETIC JOURNEY STRUCTURE - SPATIAL TRANSLATION
For our first project, students are required to focus on poetic architecture that forms expressive experiential spatial journey which tells a story and engages with users through their individual senses. Individually, students are to study two poetic precedence study and as a group, students are to romanticize the subject matter which is "The Rainforest". Our group was assigned to visit Masjid Negara as a precedent study before forming proposals for the rainforest poetic journey structure (concentric and linear) based on our created narrative.

Project Reflection -
For our first project, I was able to be grouped with a few new friends that I have never grouped with before and was able to become closer to one another especially since this semester we had physical tutorials and also were able to help each other through our tasks. Not only that, this project also helped deepen my understanding of poetic architecture and allowed me to practice the use of modifying elements to create a poetic sense of place.
PROJECT 2A
THE DISCOVERY CENTER (GENIUS LOCI)
For the first part of our second project, students are to work in a group to conduct a site analysis of Kampung Janda Baik, Pahang where the aim of the project is to design a Discovery Center. For this assignment, we had a site visit to the site and conducted an analysis of the site context as it is fundamental for our design project it will suggest a series of parameters to suggest an architectural solution, one that will be appropriate to the place and its meaning. This analysis was conducted in order to understand both intuitive and personal ways such as the people, community, culture, activities, and history of the site because it contributes to the identity of the place.

PROJECT 2B
THE DISCOVERY CENTER (GENIUS LOCI)
For our second project, students are to work in a group of three to use the architectural principles from their first assignment to craft an Introspective Architectural Pavillion that has spatial experience. This assignment requires students to explore their inner self-consciousness and preferences to challenge certain ways or postures by which we frame ourselves, our relationship with nature and others. Other than that, students are also required to choose the types of materials and effect it has on the spatial experience and study their tectonics.

REFLECTION
discipline specific knowledge -
At the end of this module, I have been introduced and gained a lot of architectural knowledge through drawings and design. Model making, orthographic drawings and presentation board composition is a knowledge that will stick with me through my studies in future projects. Getting feedbacks from both my tutors and seniors throughout this semester was also very helpful for me to improve.
communication skills -
As we had physical classes this semester, I was able to actually meet and form relationship with my group members. Most group I was formed with this semesters are new friends that I have never grouped with before. Not only that being the group representative fore our first project also helped to improve my communication skills.
interpersonal skills -
All three of the projects of studio made me realize how important teamwork is to a group. For each and every assignment, I believe that we worked great as a team. This is because, I find that each one of us did their very best in their parts that they are assigned with. Not only that, time management in our group was also great as we keep tracks of the requirements we had to do for the project by making lists to remind each other.
